A New Life-threatening Crystal Meth drug in Schools, ‘Strawberry quick’

March 14, 2017  –  Parents ought to know about this drug. This is a new drug known as ‘strawberry quick’.

There is a very scary thing going on in the schools right now that we all need to be aware of.

A type of crystal meth is making its presence in the school yards. This meth drug looks like strawberry pop rocks (the candy that sizzles and ‘pops’ in your mouth). It also smells like strawberry and it is being handed out to kids in school yards. It is being called strawberry meth or strawberry quick.

Kids are ingesting this candy type drug thinking that it is candy and are being rushed off to the hospital in dire condition. The drug also comes in the form of chocolate, peanut butter, cola, cherry, grape and orange.

Please instruct your children not to accept candy from strangers and even not to accept candy that looks like this from a friend (who may have taken it believing it is candy). Further, tell the children to necessarily take any form of sweet or candy, that they may have received, to a teacher, principal, etc. immediately.

Do share this news and or pass on this information to as many people as you can (even if you or they don’t have children), so that we can raise awareness and hopefully prevent any tragedies from occurring..!!
