Anita Deneault announces release of ‘Sunflower A Flow To Light’

Book is about author’s real life moments, energy moments, spiritual journeys through them

QUALICUM, British Columbia — Anita Deneault was raised to understand that energy exists, surrounds and is a part of one’s existence. This foundation stretched further when she started her healing path that allowed her heart to rest and her spirit to nestle into her gifts. She wanted to share her experiences in energy and its evolution and challenges which prompted her in writing “Sunflower A Flow To Light” (published by Balboa Press).

This book is about real life human moments, energy moments and Deneault’s spiritual journey through them. It is her journey to understand energy’s extent, and one’s connection to spirit, love, light and everything.

“We are in an exciting time where energy is becoming more known and we are now learning how to understand or “speak the energy” language again. It is an exciting time to be able to be born and to have this opportunity to connect to ourselves, everything and to everyone,” Deneault says. “This book is a glimpse into that energy through my experience both in this life and my past lives.”

Deneault would love people to access their own energetic experiences through her writing in “Sunflower A Flow To Light.” She would also love them to play and lavish in energy and to re-access the knowledge that “we are spirits figuring out how to be humans while still being spirits.” She would love for it to be a place to feel quite “human” in and also to know that although “we are quite human, we are so much more.”
