    Ottawa Spring Fest Organizing a Multi-Cultural event
    Also enjoy a gift of  Free Tulip Festival Ticket

    The Ottawa Spring Fest is organizing a cultural event, on May 12th 2018 at 2675 Draper Ave Ottawa from 3:30 p.m to 8:00 pm.

    Special Offer – Tulip festival is supporting the Ottawa Spring Festival with a gift of Free tulip Festival ticket (15.00) for each person that buys a Ottawa Spring Festival ticket.

    This event being organized as part of AHM (Asian heritage Month Program) and is supported by Ottawa Community foundation. OSF is also supported by AKMG, VLN Foundation, ICA, OFIC, NETIP, GCA , ICCC, South Asian Festival, Mirch Masala, Jeevan Jyoti, Vedic Sanskruti, Aap Ki Farmaish and Other Ottawa Organizations

    This year’s OSF will showcase the work of established choreographers/dance troupes from Canada.

    OSF is an attempt to display the diverse cultures of the world through music and dance. Classical, folk, and contemporary dance forms and music will be the theme of the evening.This year’s event will feature performances of Kathakali, traditional Spanish dance, Flamenco, Kuchipudi, Japanese, Chinese, Kathak-Celtic fusion, Thiruvathira, Karnatic music etc.

    Ottawa Spring Fest

    The Kathakali performance is one of the highlights of the evening. It is a dance drama, famed all over the world as Indian Shakespearean Theater. Of all classical Indian dances, Kathakali has the most elaborate costume consisting of head dresses, face masks and vividly painted faces.

    Tickets to this event are available online at www.ottawaspringfest.com. Early bird price is $10.00 and after 30th April it will be $12.00 . At the door it will be $15.00. Tickets will also include free food coupons .

    The festival is aimed to be an interactive, family friendly event targeting a broad cross-section of Ottawa-Gatineau residents, and visitors to the city.
    The 2018 Festival is expected to attract audiences of more than 800+ people. The dance festival is a well – organized event with an unique theme, and is being hosted in spring, a season of new beginnings.
