May 1, 2016, Ottawa, Ontario – The Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, extends joyous wishes on the occasion of Orthodox Easter.
“This weekend, people of Eastern Orthodox, Oriental Orthodox, and Eastern Catholic faith in Canada and around the world will gather with loved ones to celebrate Easter.
“On Sunday, friends and family will come together to enjoy the greatest of the feasts of the Orthodox Church – the feast of the Resurrection of the Lord.
