First Time in Montreal

Mantras with their divine power to connect humans to the cosmos was first time enjoyed in Montreal during the 108 Kundiya Mahayajnya in an open area in a park. Totally marvelous. No one complained about sitting in the hot sun in front of the havan fire for more than an hour, simply due to the power of mantras. There are also many scientifically proven benefits of havan including purifying atmosphere and preventing infectious diseases.

A lot of community membersand community friends were present as well as Mr. Frank Baylis, MP for Pierrefonds-Dollard.
Mr. & Mrs. Ravinder Thakur & Family were very kind to sponsor this auspicious event along with ATI and Ajit Transport. The Havan was conducted by a renowned scholar from India, Pandit Shri Keshav Datt Shastriji from of Shri Radhe Madhav Gurukul in Agra. The Hindu Mission of Canada Temple on Bellechasse was very helpful in the event.

The havan was open absolutely to anyone willing to participate. The Hindu Mission Temple also ran bus service for the participants. Breakfast and Bhog were served.
